Canyoning Riera Osor Catalonia
The Riera de Osor lies in the heart of the Guilleries, in the La Selva region, about half an hour from Girona and an hour and a half from Barcelona.
It is the stream with the highest flow in the Guilleries, located in north-east Catalonia, and it passes through Sant Hilari Sacalm, Anglès, and Osor before flowing into the River Ter.
This activity is fun and educational, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or colleagues.
It runs from June to September.
This is an entertaining canyon with a low level of difficulty.
You will enjoy a wild and peaceful setting in the Guilleries, where you can jump from different points and try abseiling at various heights. It is suitable for all levels; all you need is the desire to have fun and enjoy a unique natural environment.

DIFFICULTY: Beginner – Level 1 (levels 0 to 4).

PARKING: 15 minutes from the meeting point. Participants follow the guide's car in their own vehicles.
DURATION: 4 hours total, from meeting time to farewell (activity briefing and material handover 30 minutes, access 2 minutes, time in the water 2 hours, return 10 minutes).
EQUIPMENT: Swimsuit, closed sneakers, towel, and spare clothes and shoes for the return.

Included in the price: all necessary equipment for the activity (wetsuit, harness, and helmet), a qualified guide, photographic report, and civil liability and accident insurance.

The canyoning experience with Adventure Girona uses the latest-generation Seland wetsuits, two-piece suits specifically designed for canyoning, with a durable outer layer and Titanium inner fabric for extra warmth and comfort. Children's wetsuits are one-piece, plus a thermal shirt or shorty neoprene, ensuring good thermal protection and easy dressing. Helmet and harness with descender and double anchor rope are included. Neoprene socks are provided when the water temperature is cold.
All multi-activities offered by Adventure Girona are covered by accident insurance and civil liability insurance, as required by current regulations governing Physical Sports Activities in the Natural Environment (Decree 56/2003).
