Canyoning France Cascades Hot Thermal Waters
The Cascades D'Eaux Chaudes (Gorges The Thues) is a canyon descent located in the town of Thuès-les-Bains (35 minutes by car from Puigcerdá, 2 hours from Girona and 2 and a half from Barcelona, Catalunya).
This canyoning activity takes place from October to May and its course converges with thermal waters that gush at a temperature of 40 to 60 degrees.
You you can combine a canyoning activity with thermal baths with pools of hot waters that are at 40 degrees. A perfect combination, not to say spectacular.
This thermal ravine has a drop of 130 meters and a length of 400 meters. It includes slides and rappels, one of which, the longest, is 30 meters. It has no jumps. It is a simple ravine, the incentive is to wear the neoprene so as not to burn yourself due to the temperature of the water. It is necessary that it has not rained 2 days before the activity, otherwise the water would be cold.
SEASON: This activity takes place between the months October to May.
DIFFICULTY: Initial/Advanced Level 2 (Levels are 0-4)
