Training Via Ferrata Catalonia

Discover the thrill of vertical adventure in a safe and structured environment. This via ferrata training course blends theory and practice to help you climb with confidence and autonomy.

After completing the course, you’ll understand core safety techniques, how to use equipment correctly, and how to plan your routes safely — ensuring your safety and that of your companions.

At Adventure Girona, we design tailored training programs to match your experience level:

  • 1-day course: Equipment fundamentals, knots, and rappelling.
  • 2-day course: Includes the 1-day course plus hands-on training on the Cala Moli Via Ferrata (K2–K3).
  • Advanced 2-day course: Focused on Baumes Corcades Via Ferrata (K4–K5), for participants with prior experience.
  • 3-day course: Comprehensive training covering both Cala Moli and Baumes Corcades ferratas.
